We know that some schools are not able to have Picture Day this fall due to COVID-19.

At Lifetouch, our goal is to provide students with an annual school picture so that when senior year arrives, they have full photographic record of their K-12 school years. This year, we acknowledge this may not be possible everywhere.​

Q: Can the image I created and ordered on Shutterfly.com be shared with my child’s school for the yearbook?

A: Absolutely! In an effort to feature every student in the yearbook, we encourage you to share your Snaps @Home image with your school or Yearbook Adviser. You can download the Snaps @Home image on your desktop or in the Shutterfly app.
2Photo Paper
Q: Is the photo paper the same as what I receive from Lifetouch each year?

A: No, the photo paper is a different but high-quality, matte photo paper.
3Shipping
Q: How will I receive my picture package purchase from the Shutterfly app?

A: You can ship your picture package to your home and it will arrive in an orange Shutterfly package.

Q: Where can I find the image I created in my Shutterfly account?

A: Your Picture Day Snaps can be found in All Photos.
