My favorite book is Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain. The book has many interesting stories from behind the scenes in the restaurant industry, many of which tell sad truths of the modern chef. Anthony’s father, Mark Brummel, is employed by Lifetouch National School Studios, Peoria, Arizona.
