If I had a time machine I would travel back to the 1930s and ’40s when jazz was getting its start and big bands ruled the world. I would have loved to have lived in New York around jazz greats like Charlie Parker and John Coltrane. I could have learned so much from them. Lee Ann Broslawsky, Allan’s mother, is an employee of Lifetouch National School Studios, Pasadena, California.
